We think Mark Twain said it best: “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” At Chili's, our work is more than just a way to pay the bills. We believe that achieving our best selves means finding the right balance of CAREER, SOCIAL, FINANCIAL, PHYSICAL and COMMUNITY wellbeing. That means taking more time to enjoy life, have better relationships, and wake up every day excited to make a difference. Our purpose is to help you create the best YOU that you have ever known!
Being our best US means supporting one another as we ALL search for balance in our lives. By working together, we can protect the company we’ve built and continue to grow the most amazing culture in the restaurant industry. One that leverages each one of our unique strengths and talents, allows us to give back on a personal level and MAKE A BIGGER IMPACT than any of us could do on our own.
At Chili's, we continually seek out new ways to live our purpose. We each have a responsibility to leave this place a little better than we found it; to help others live their best LIFE. That’s why we take every opportunity to look inward and honor our teams, our Guests, our shareholders and our supplier partners by DOING THE VERY BEST WE CAN for society.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas’ mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas began operations in November 1965, with the opening of the West Dallas Boys Club. In 1990, the Boys Club added “Girls” to its title and an aggressive effort to serve both girls and boys was initiated. Today, Clubs are open to all boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 18, regardless of race, religion or national origin. Our local Clubs serve a membership base of more than 6,000 youth annually, providing programs based on physical, emotional, cultural and social needs, and the interests of boys and girls. Clubs offer diverse program activities in three areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship and Healthy Lifestyles.
The Plano Evening Lions Club strives to be a leader in community and humanitarian service, and to empower volunteers to serve the community, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding.
